The Army at the Bar

I used to think
I was a pasifist
I took on a dozen
And watched them twist
Their words and raise
Glasses with broken fists
They were born, I was raised
To resist.
The army at the bar,
Proud to be "heroes"
While the others bow down
To the words that are written
On their coats
And on the wall in the toilet
Meaning they will murder men
And I'll be an extremist
