You say the wrong things,

At just the right times,

And when you come close to sleep,

They come to remind



They say "Can't you remember?!

When you felt big and clever."



And If she could only dream,

Maybe she could think of anything,

Other than how shes made an ass

Of every day of the past.

And move on with her life,

Because shes been stuck in reverse.

Reliving all the times,

It's gone from bad to worse.



And maybe ugly people don't see,

How ugly they can be.

But Letting them know,

Wasn't the best way to go.

You've just been added,

To another hit list,

To shut your mouth,

once and for all, Thank Christ.
