Tuesday

It’s not bright enough in the mornings,

To keep me on my feet.

It’s not dark enough at night time,

For me to sleep.

Tides are always changing,

The moons always too full.

Is it too much to ask to call you?

It’s not too much to ask of you.

The rain is pounding my windows,

Like God forgot to say when.

I've told you 1000 times, no.

I don't know when it will end.

There’s only so many raindrops you're worth

So many and I’m gone.

The streets are overflowing,

While home, is dry as bone.

The light has stuck on red now,

I can only dream of green.

I can only dream of going,

To the places I've never been.

I know you are frightened,

My queen in autumn leaves,

But moments like these are priceless

I live for moments like these.

Tides are always changing
The moons always too full-that is so just so damn poetically cool sounding

The rain is pounding my windows,
Like God forgot to say when.- Steve, find a publisher, you have got what it takes, believe me. I read and review about 100 poems a day by published paid poets, and most cannot even hold a candle next to your talent...I am amazed, I am going to write a poem now, you have inspired me...

Few people can do that my dear...Find a publisher! You are fookin awesome.

Hey, I was wondering if you would help me with something?
I want to add a new chapter to my Celtic Charm book, and I want something non-American Irish..ya know?
I read about Ireland and what not, but I want to ask someone who is truly Irish what would be a cool verse to add that is unique about Ireland, be it folklore or history...something maybe uncommon to the states?

Anyway, if you can think of something, I'm not asking you to research or anything, just tell me Irelands best kept secrets, to point me in the right direction...everyone is asking when I am going to write about a leprechaun, and I think...fookin never...that's so obvious and creepy too..hehe
Thank you Steve..Polly
