Her Childhood

In her child hood home

Tragedies happened

She felt so alone

But she had no one to tell

Nobody listened

Nobody saw, not even the wall

As the tears glistened

It's now that they fall

I'm here to consol you

You're a child no more

I'm someone to talk to

That's what I'm here for

I may be only a child in your eyes

But you can tell me about all those nights

When you'd wake up screaming and no one could care

I'm here for you, Mother, when life isn't fair
