Pretty Hate

How can someone so vain

Hate herself

Inside and out

She never thought she was pretty

Maybe for  second but then it died

You can tell her it

But she’ll never take it seriously

She downs another shot

Waiting for the offer to be bought

You’ll hold her in your arms all night

But when you wake, she’ll be gone

It wont last long

She can’t stand being still

She's here to be quiet and fulfill

She tries so hard to please everyone

No one ever cares its killing her

I look at her old photo’s

She’s never been a little girl

That innocence was stolen

Now in glass platforms, she’s broken

Red lips dripping

Weak Slender form slipping

Don’t touch her

she’s too fragile

After so many years

Of crimson, crystal tears

And bruises never fading

Even sour words could leave her bitter tasting
