A child's mind is a precious thing. Their imagination can take them on many adventures, anywhere to do almost anything. From building the world's tallest building, flying like an eagle, and being a cook, to being an adventurer finding exotic things that make you laugh, wondering what a snail eats, or being a pirate like Captain Jack Sparrow!

But there was one little girl who would never let the institutions tell her that she could not fly!

Through the color system of her imagination, she soars at the highest of heights. She felt as if she could go to the moon and the Milky Way.

But then that big, mean ol' Captain Hook clipped her wings. She wished that Peter and Tink would come to save her and take her to Neverland.

"But they're only in my imagination! At least that's what mean ol' Captain Hook says," she thought to herself.

The years went by, and suddenly she found Peter—but would he even know who she was? Would he remember being held away in Captain Hook's jail, made to eat the most disgusting, vile things? No, he truly never knew she even existed.

As the years went by, so many things changed. She knew that Peter had made a name for himself by showing that imaginations should never run dry. However, she watched as Peter taught adults how to imagine their most wicked adventures and wildest dreams. It reminded her of the things she missed. Surely she was too old now, and she had been told she could never do the things she dreamed about.

But then, one day, Tink found her and reminded the young lady. Tink showed her how to fly. But what Tink said next made the girl cry.

She said, "Peter told me to come and find the little girl he used to play with so many years ago. He told me to remind you that you're never too old to fly." Tink flew over her head and sprinkled fairy dust over her, and suddenly, she was flying.

What this story says, dearest Johnny, is that you always remind me that I am never too old to fly.

This picture is of me being found by MY Tink, and YOU'RE my Peter Pan.Ever since the movie Finding Neverland, I've been constantly reminded in all of your movies that you're never too old to fly, play pirates, and never let yourself be captured by life's Captain Hook or let your imagination be taken from you.
