do you have any dreams I could borrow

Folder:
My trashcan poetry

do you have any dreams I could borrow
just to get me through the night

at the toll of the bell
light a candle an say a prayer for for Me
I'm playing the game of life alone
with the cards dealt by the cold hand of fate

My endless nights are are haunted by the thing's
I no longer have
leaving Me with the feeling that each day is a little
darker than the last
the forces above see fit to slowly torturing Me
with a love I can't have
pills won't kill the pain an the whiskey won't wash it away
suicide isn't a option
but it has crossed My mind
so do you have any dreams I could borrow
just to get me through the night

at the toll of the bell
light a candle an say a prayer for for Me

The pain of the past, becomes

The pain of the past, becomes too much to take with you, to the lonliness of a future that offers poor reward. And that haunts me in the empty night. :-(

When peace eludes Sir Daniel

When peace and sleep eludes Sir Daniel these thoughts are inevitable.Makes me scared at times. .. Prayer always does help Sir..Well written Sir.
