            How many more people need to die?

            How many more people need to cry?

          How many more people need to ask why?

           How many more people need comprehend?

            So, this situation can end

         We know what is the right thing to do.

          It's true.

How many people need to lose a loved one, before

  this can get done?

How many people won't be heard because they can't afford?

    How many people need to lay in their beds,

  before people get it through your heads?

How many more people need to understand, before we take a stand?

   All the people, across this great land, understand.

  It, they wont hate.  They think it's great.

    They'll cooperate.  Cooperation across

  the nation, ovation, great, bipartisan.

          The young and the old.  A story finally told.

    Generations of people in this nation
