You look so famillar.
Have'nt I seen you before? I think I have.
Who are you? I think I know.
Where do I know you from? I think I know where?
It is not like you just appeared from thin air.

It drives me crazy when I run into someone that looks familure, but I cannot place where or if we have ever met. Good job of describing the feeling.
