                        NEIL

Not happy to be who he is.  Never shows it, anyway.  Does have a tendency to get angry, which is a sign of inflexibility.  Not, "going with the flow," as Dell would say.  Gets very angry at Dell, when Dell is just being who he is.  This could be genuine anger, but part of it, is a fear of who he is, and what he is, what kind of dad he is.  He knows,he is away from home too much.  



                        DELL

Happy to be who he is.  However, this could be a covering for the pain he feels of being homeless, shows buouts of anger, this could be because he's afraid to deal with his true feelings.  Is still in denial about his wife's death, 8 years ago.  Still carries her picture around, and still talks to her on occassion.  This is ok, but there are clear signs he is in denial.  Maybe closure here would help him, improve his life.
