       OO, What's behind the curtain?

       There could be a spider as big as my room.

       A fire as bright as the moon.

       There could be a snake as long as a highway, maybe

       There could be a rat or two.

       Scary things, that I do not want to view

       Scary animals, that belong in a zoo.



           There could be a lion, a tiger,

           a scary dinosaur,

           or something that goes roar.  



           There could be a monster,

           a troll, just out for his nightly stroll.

           There could be a huge mole,

           who wants to drill right into me.

           You see.



           I held my breath, I close my eyes.

           I hope I won't have a fit.

           I open the door a bit.

           I do not see a thing.



           I open the door, a little bit more.

           I still do not see anything.



           I open the door, all the way,

           Yay!  I do not see a thing.

           Yay!  I do not see a thing.
