Who can blame you?
Lately I have been wondering just why you don’t feel for me,
As I feel for you.
However now as I think of it,
Who can blame you?
I am a disappointment to so many,
I am the “dark cloud”.
I realize I do not deserve your love,
You could easily have someone much better than me.
I am the outcast,
The “psycho” as some say.
Why would anyone in their right mind,
Love someone as horrible or as dark as me?
Why waste love on me,
When someone else could arrive at any given moment?
It is as written in the poem “Dark Cloud”…
"I am the dark cloud with no sliver lining,
I bring disappointment to so many,
Like a joke that doesn’t bring laughs."
Even though my love for you is like outer space,
It is unlimited and never ending,
You deserve so much better.
I had been wondering why you don’t feel for me as I feel for you,
But now all I wonder is,
Who can blame you?
