Toast!
As many poets and minstrels have sung
Both in the past and present
Life is not always a joyous occasion
Rather it’s opposite, more so in present times
The colorless scenery that city offers bring us no comfort
The depthless gossip of people strike us no interest
The truthless media news offer us no intelligence
The amount of stress we have to cope
Is beyond the wildest imagination of ancient people
Mental labor we go through is enough to drive some people mad
But let us not be heartbroken
A good relaxing shower at the end of laborious day
A good heartfelt welcome when we see our old friends
A good music that you can either relax or go crazy
Or even beautiful sceneries we can see due to fast transportation
Yes life is worth living and the world is still beautiful
Although the city is drained of its colors
That’s what makes other aspects more colorful
So I suggest a toast
Toast to life and toast to this world
Toast to whatever makes our life and world worth living
