Funny, Ha, Ha Oh my goodness!
What is that sound?
Its rattling the windows
and shaking the ground!
As I lie here quietly
in my darkened room
I wonder to myself,
'Was it a sonic boom?'
Or maybe the growling
of a big, black bear?
Right there outside
our house somewhere!
Could it be the neighbors
having a fight?
Or someone honking their horn
so very late at night?
Maybe outside
its thundering and pouring?
But...wait a minute...
Its just hubby snoring!!!
