In that moment

when i think of you
my sadness slips away

be it short or long
i feel surrounded by love

when the day has been to long
you make me smile
in that moment
when all hope is lost
you hand it back to me

when everything is dark
you bring in the light
in that moment
when i say "I'm fine"
you are the only one to ask what's wrong
in that moment
when don't say it but i need to hear it
the words i love you comes out of you so strong.

to find a way to be strong
I shy away from commenting
I shy away from commenting on poetry that leaves a residue of rhyme spinning in my head. Thus this one and “Never Again,” are my favorites from what you have posted. Personally this pillar of a poem was delightful and extremely pleasing to the mind’s eye. It is a superb example of what “I think” appears to be your most dominant and creative style. I loved the emotive breakthrough, passion, and expressiveness that pour out of you in this piece. It is a captivating read. If there is anything impassive here, I would say it has to be using the word - long Xs two, and also strong Xs two. Also, line eight should read: too long, rather than: to long. Still, a very enjoyable read. Thank you for posting.
