defect

you couldn't see because your eyes wore blinders on the side
trapped within that divide, the spiral of motivated pride
is that answer really simple, or inconsequential, let me die
the life i live is a frazzle of forbearance impervious to lies

breathe me through your eyes and hear me with your hands
that soft caress that changes the timid to the fringe
brought forth in all brash intensity and calamity
let me slide through your hopes intoxicated with vanity
and as we mix for a moment of dripping wet singular insanity
i lose myself to the prevailing winds of maniacal profanity

trip my heart on your fire, symbiosis of imperfectly seductive mayhem
lay my little heart on the beat of that old broken stem
and be ye not confused for a moment in the slight
for the trend that i pretend is but a moment in the vice

trouble with the treble - you and i, to abide
come to me inside, when i drop the sail in it we slide
feel me with your taste and ill tone your voice inside
forthright are all your moans together as we ride

i cannot be condemned for love knows no wrongs
you want to see that heart of this man, quit tripping on your own

Don't let any one shake your dream stars from your eyes, lest your soul Come away with them! -SS
