Mirror Me

I run my fingers through your hair,

As you lie in bed trying to get to sleep.

Mirror me.

I entwine my legs with yours on the sofa,

As we watch television on a Saturday night.

Mirror me.

I stroke the back of your hand,

As we walk down the street because it lets other girls know you're all mine.

Mirror me.

I look at you with giggling eyes,

As you tell me the lamest joke in the world.

Mirror me.

I kiss you with such hunger and desperation,

As though you are hanging onto the surface of the earth by my lips.

Mirror me.

I get jealous every time you look at another girl,

As they are being looked at one second longer than I am.

Mirror me.

When will you mirror me?

Sick of being in relationships that are never 50/50.
