I remember
that April afternoon.
Your eyes they shined,
the sky so blue.
No one knew
except me and you,
that we would soon
be together.

My hands,
they shook,
as we walked around
the block.
We got to a brick wall,
And you suddenly stopped.

You stood there for a moment,
and watched me walk,
waiting for me to turn around
and ask why you had stopped.

When I didn't
in that instant
you saw a chance
and took it.

You captured me in your arms,
for the very first time.
I fit so perfectly.
Maybe I was supposed to be there.

We stood there for
a long second.
My head in
your chest,
my back, I remember,
you gently caressed.

You wanted me,
I could tell,
just by your touch.
Already,
before we had even began,
I loved you so much.

I brought my head up
to see your sweet face.
And I silently wondered,
why God put me
in this place.

He placed me
in your arms,
a perfect fit.
I felt a feeling,
of completement.

You looked in my eyes
asked if I'd be your girl.
I simply nodded,
my clouded mind
in a whirl.

Then,
oh so suddenly,
your lips collided with mine.
Sweet & Tender.
You kissed me for the first time.

The want under your lips,
was something I could feel.
How amazing it was..
Kind of a big deal.

You kissed me again,
with those perfect lips,
the lips of an angel
is what I kissed.

You held me again,
how whole I had felt.
And it was all so perfect
the way you looked, breathed, and smelt.

Your eyes,
they still melt me
to this very day.
Your kiss,
it still sends
electricity through my veins.

I love you,
I love you the very most!
I'm not ashamed to say,
I love you Ian Finn.
