I keep falling

yet the more i fall

the farther up i float

i hear you calling

from down the hall

i run to grab my coat



we go out on the town

dancing till after midnight

laughing snd singin off-key

and as i lie with you in a nightgown

i kiss you and whisper "g'night"

then i realize there's no place i'd rather be



sweet dreams come and go

i watch you smile in your sleep

and wonder if its me your thinking of

i lie there in the moon's soft glow

giddy just cuz its YOUR heart i keep

i keep thanking Him from above



the morning coffee smells strong

i stir under the heavy cover

and see your side of the bed

i laugh because it looks all wrong

i sit up to go kiss my lover

im so lucky, like i said... :-P
