I feel my life"s in neutral.

I am going nowhere fast.

I worry about my future,

I am sad about my past.



I feel my life"s in neutral.

I cannot find first gear.

I just want to get going,

but reverse is what i fear.

My engine just wont spark.

I could be stuck forever

with gear shift stuck in park.



I feel my life"s in neutral.

A jumpstarts what i need.

A good push and a shove,

get my fuel to feed!



My life is out of neutral.

Feels good to be alive!

I decided to take lessons

and finally learned to drive.



The babes they love my car.

It fills me up with pride,

that they all want me

to take them for a ride!



They love it in the sunshine,

they love it in the rain,

but most of all they love it,

up the inside lane!
