Come, my lady, and be my bride
From this day forth be by my side
For with this vow I pledge my heart
To never from your side depart
Together let us rule this land
And care for all, beast and man
We, their Lord and Lady be
But only if you will agree
I am of a noble birth
With many riches here on Earth
My home, a most impressive keep
Tis a river near, with waters deep
The title Knight I have earned
The bles-sed Psalter I have learned
My Holy Father has truely blessed
For I stand in His Righteousness
And so, my lady, I await
To see what becomes my heart's fate
For in your hands you hold my life
Come, my lady, and be my wife
