yesterdays tommorrows

the step that was never there

the memory left lonely

the blackened out sky

a single tear dropped from truth

streets filled with misery

whitened expressions

just the fainted glare of old expectations

looking through a mirror to only find shapes

not just one but many

phases of different days

making out the pictures of pain and agony

the screaming has stopped

left in its place

a blank face

taken away burried beneath

happiness has left

everything has become unkept

slowly this fainting

back to yesterday

where everything went away

tommorrow becomes unseen

as we drop to our knees

seeking a better time

making smiles few

memories drop

burried beneath the surfice

all slips away

off the edge of a sword

dying for tommorrow, living for yesterdays word

This poem is my favorite I think- along with Invisible. Right away images come into my head and it really involves my emotions.
