True Friends

Friends are hard to find

Of course, good things are so rare

To see little girls on swings

And young boys willing to share

If you are lucky enough

To find your perfect match

A friendship could do many things

While covering holes with a patch

Hold on to people close

Don't let go of what is there

Having a best friend means

That someone truly cares

Please, don't take advantage

Of a close love that was built

Don't let changes get involved

Don't let the roses wilt

Because when you need a friend

Through the sun and the rain

A true friend will always be there

For happy thoughts and to cure pain

Too true this poem tis.... seems sometimes the best friends are strangers you meet along the road of life ;)
