Panic Attack

Suddenly,

You can't breathe

No matter how hard you try

Uncomfortably,

You fall to the floor

And then you begin to cry

Cautiously,

You think real hard how to breathe

You just try to remember

Hauntingly,

You begin to shake

You aren't at all limber

Nervously,

You have many thoughts

And your heart could only pound

Emotionally,

You don't move at all

Just lie there on the ground

Gradually,

You feel as if to die

Suffication of the air

Strangely,

You might begin to choke

But nothing holds you there

Rapidly,

You heart beats more

And you try to hang on

Spiritually,

You pray to God

That this won't last long

Eventually,

You breathe in deep

It doesn't hurt as much

Thankfully,

You stand right up

Maybe even laugh and such

Hopefully,

You don't go through this

For it causes so much pain

Dreadingly,

Panic attacks will come

But I hope never again!

Yep! This is how I feel EXACTLY when I have an Anxiety/Panic Attack. Not a pretty thing to think of, now is it!?
