I'm glad I had a chance with you

I'm glad we had our time

We did what other couples do

I was yours, you were mine



But then things started to turn bad

It seemed you didn't care

You then let go of what we had

And for me, it was too much to bare



You made me sad and anger built

You made me want to cry

I had carried so much guilt

You made me want to die



Many tears had fallen down

And many stayed inside

Drops of blood there on the ground

From cuts I tried to hide



Things are a lot better now

We are both happy being friends

We went on with our lives somehow

And our friendship will never end



You are happy with the way things are

And suprisingly, I am too

We'll never seperate way too far

Because I am best friends with you
