MADE YOU LOOK

How else could you expect?

Expect me,me to stage for an act

Gave thought of being

Sincere,sincere to my emotion

It was all crystal obvious

Wasn't I,I word and emotion perfect?

We parted, quite magnetively

Quite like,unlike poles

You went,I recall,away

Rehearsing that,what I detailed on

But probably unremembering what I entirely said

I had taken you to the highlands,

There where you saw,saw their

Thoughts

Could you believe a word?

No, ofcourse no,not that I said

I made you look, made you look

It over.

kidnaps the feelings in me just

Like the pains in the rains

I ask again,

How else could you expect?

I thought your eyes weren't

That blinding to you

For all I did,didn't

I make you look?

Author's Notes/Comments:

this poem is a real life story of a pal of mine who trys to hook up with a beautiful lady but the more he trys the more the lady ignores him..so the line"It was all crystal obvious," hence," I made you look." So my friend felt like giving up the chase...this is a hard-to-get story on the side of women and what it can do to the loving soul of a man
