Black Velvet is considered to be very dangerouse, her ability to control threads should not be underestimated. She can seemingly materialize them out of nowhere and control them by unknown means. Threads are most often black and feel like velvet however are stronger and denser than steel making escape very near impossible unless she wishes it.
She apears to be between 5'3" and 5'6" depending on reports, she is always in black from head to toe so no physical appearance is reliable. She has shown herself to be a villian though and is wanted in many locations around the world for various thefts. Rewards are offered, see local police for details.

Black Velvet is a small Flemish Giant, a breed of rabit known for it's size. Including her ears she stands at 5'6" tall and has a medium build. She can be put-off-ish but warms up to some people. A spitfire for sure but she's just in it for the fun. Frequents a few places but not always active.
