To me, you are an amazing friend,
Someone on which I can always depend.
The reason I smile when everything’s wrong,
And then keeps me smiling all day long.
To me, you are someone who will always care,
Someone so perfect, a friendship so rare.
The reason I bless the stars at night,
And gives my life that special light.
To me, you are someone who I dare to trust,
Someone who helps me yet feels that they must.
The reason I know I am never alone,
And I never could be, when you’re on the phone.
You brighten up my days; you help me through all,
No matter what’s wrong, on you I can fall.
And you shall catch me, put me up-right,
No matter how hard… or from whatever height.
You give me your time, friendship and love,
For I could never live without any of the above.
So thank you for everything, you deserve so much more,
