Paris Burns

Folder:
Poetry

We set fire to the streets with our love

Burned hearts and broke great romances.

We made the skies blaze in ecstacy

Entwined bodies in the wavering light.

The world quakes beneath our cries,

Heavens scream and galaxies revolt.

There is nothing like the here and now,

While we take the earth for our own.

Together we burned Paris down

And fucked beneath the stars.

This is how Paris burns when you're in love.
