Over the edge of sorrow

Over the edge of pain

And the edge of my mind

Is the edge of insane



So many words I can not convey

Becoming lost somewhere between

The demons deep inside my soul

And the angels as they sing



Too many lost and lonely nights

Staring at the void of my pen

Too many broken forgotten days

Lost in the madness of my sin



I'm caught in a moment of pain

The lines just blur in my eyes

Nothing but illusions of a love

Never deserved by my arrogant lies



Over the edge of heartache

Over the edge of hurt

And the edge of my soul

Bleeds only for the edge of her
