It rained and rained
and I got wet. The dog's wet,
grass got boggy. I want

to walk in the nearby park

but all the roads are soggy.

I bemoaned
the need to stay
indoors at least

to keep the floors dry.

What I want to know

with curious intent,

"Can cabin fever

make you die?"

The dog shakes off

the weater but the street
seems truly soggy. I want

to frolick down the road, but

the dirt is kinda muddy.

.

Oh dear, the lighting's really fast

and bright where darkness bloomed.

And every road is rain drenched

slick. Hachoo! I think I'm doomed.
