Do I Dare?

From the back seat

navigating again,

do I tell them it's

the other way?

You think it and stay

mute waiting for answers

to surface. They do not.

Instead, you ask, "Why

did I not dare?"

That pause at the critical

moment loses traction,

position, the edge of

catharsis, the avoidance

of tumbling into cataclysm.

Say something. Take the

risk. Some ear may turn.

Some voice agree.
