Jungle Run

Running past

Tall trees and uncut grass

Too many obsicles unseen

Is there a future to forsee

Sunstained by unstable

My own mother wont sit at this table

When wil the brush and bramble consume me

I sit and listen to the catapilar ramble

To many cricketts around

Chirping, Chirping around town

The snake at the top says,

Stop Slowly Sprinting Soon, Son

Once im done

All the fog will lift

Will healing heal this rift

To many things have steped through

All to chase and reside within you

Or me

My soals are wearing thin

Been on the same foot sine the end

All ends are beginings

When is my next fitting

Swinging on those vines

This jungle is all mine

Mine for the taking

What is green

Nothing but mean

Never to forgive

Only to make you live

To sustain

To remain

Grab a handful and

Run, RUN to that fireworks stand

Dont drop

You got the attention dont stop

This is your moment

Soon you will have a monument

Once your dead and gone

You will know all youve known

Will your memory stand

Is that life, give it a hand

Run through the halls to be remebered

What are we

But a Memory
