For Better... Or Worse

When we get old and blue,

I may act like a dog,

but you'll resemble a shoe!

Although I somtimes shudder,

when our bodies meet,

I still love you,

your bald head, and your smelly feet!

As the days go by,

my voice has changed,

and I start to cry.

For you may look like a shoe,

But I sound like a frog!

As our days grow numbered,

I start to sag,

we become flustered

'cause you can't quite cut it,

like the man I married.

The muscles you used to brag of,

now feel like pudding.

You used to carry me around,

that is, until our wedding.
