The Chance

The Chance

To be sure, the one who speaks,

The one who seeks the soul,

Shall find the heart

That lets them breathe,

The one that makes them whole.

But should one waste a chance to find

The one to light their fire,

Then the magical glow

That warms one’s heart

Shall certainly expire.

This is a lesson I have learned.

My lesson was that I should not be afraid to tell my true feelings to someone, although careful wording is recomended. Anyway, life and love are adventures, the most precious we are allowed, and wasting the opportunity to discover precious relationships is throwing the greatest gift back in the face of the [Grand Architect of the Universe].

Nice tripping rhythm, tied cleverly to the message. And yeah, I like the message too. Excellent bonding of form and theme, well done! Ken
