Such A Gentleman

the passion of the tinted pink lips

and the shimmering eyes that caught my gaze; beauty.

i couldn't stand not being able to touch your skin.

i delicatly brushed my fingertips across your arms

feeling a leap of excitement inside of me.

my heart jumped as you turned with a coy smile and bowed your head,

such a gentleman.

you beamed with generosity and you took my hips

and told me to dance.

i did dance, i danced with my head resting on your broad shoulder

that held all of the glory and passion and wishes inside of my soul.

you embraced, you caressed, such dancing is forbidden.

i held back but you leaned in; the starbeams left from our lips,

danced in the air amid the hearts that you sent shooting about my body.

still i stood gazing at the world around you,

such wonder and color; such beauty such love.

have i found the perfection that my eyes

have been searching this tattered globe for?

take my hand, i've found heaven on earth.

Author's Notes/Comments:

I was thinking of you; maybe the all the dancing we do really is my inspiration
