Am i invisible?

Then why when i speak

Do you not hear?

And when i cry

why don't u see?

I stand waiting

But recieve no greeting.

Am i invisible to you?

Am i so insignificant

that when i leave,

you don't notice when i'm back?

What am i to you?

With sadness welling inside

i watch you laugh and greet those who walk by

But i stand and no one sees

Am i invisible?

Sure seems like i am.
