I take a look inside to see a labyrinth of hate
Burned from the ashes of rebirth
Recreated in the eyes of man
Forsaken I've become
And delivered from hope
Inhale the life in my heart of stone
A quiet desperation thats building
Silently crying inside
You dont see what this does to me
To walk this earth alone
Unfamiliar words that speak to me
Cannot come out understood
The silence weakens my will
It hollows my name
I have lost sight of the light
So dark, cold, and hungry
How have I grown cold once again?
Where did these cold winds come to freeze my heart?
The silent night crept on me
And no more can I speak
My words are of empty promise
Words that should not shatter a fragile heart
Searching for a paradise that doesnt exist
A mere childs fairytale
Fate has been so unkind, so unforgiving
From life to lifeless
Harmonies that once comforted my head
No long play with pure tranquility
Look ahead to see
All of hate and death in front of me
My cold heart taking over
There is nothing left of me
Forever, rest in peace
