I find myself once again thinking of you

What if things could be different?

And as I sit here contemplating of feelings deep inside of me

The urge to have you here, to have and to hold



And I look up to the stars that shine oh so brightly

Down on me and making me wish once more

That we’d… no need to say it you most probably know it

My wish I wish tonight to be fulfilled, to be granted



No matter how hopeless I’ll still be asking

Do you want this?  Would you care to join me?

In our secret place where nothing else matters but us…

You look at me nothing to say just eyes dwelling endlessly



I’ll think I’ll say it again

If I’m all alone and you’re all alone

Ain’t nothing wrong having someone to hold

It’s very plain to see that I need you here with me

Give me your hand and I’ll make you understand

Girl these feelings for you I can’t let go

I see nothing wrong having someone to hold
