Let's take that trip, just one more time,

Let's take that sip, for old times sake,

Let's climb those stairs, to the highest steps,

Let's do all of these, before you leave.



One more for the road,it is all that I'm told,

by an angel who came,who saw me in vain,

a prayer to this Universe,only she can fortell,

and if I'm lucky enough, to be granted with care.



So I wait for that trip, for that sip and those steps,

I can do all of these, for as long as you're here.

One more for the road, is all that I ask,

and the rest you can take,just give me this brake.
