how can i say i want you

without driving you away

how can i show these feelings

i feel for you everyday

how do i stay awake when

your lying by my side

why do i feel all empty

i dont know how to confide



i want to hold you in my arms

i want to kiss your lips

i want to know you care for me

rest your hands upon my hips

pull me close dont let me go

keep me safe and warm

i will be your every breath

your shelter for the storm
