From My Fathers Heart You sometimes swallow sorrow
You sometimes swallow pain
You sit inside you little wall
Never touched again.
You sometimes swallow worry
You sometimes swallow greif
You sometimes hide away inside
looking for relief.
But can I take a moment
Can i take a day
Can I tell you freedom
Is just a prayer away.
I know so many preach
Many even shout
But Jesus Is so loving
He will take your doubt.
He will cast it far away
We need to leave it there
If we start to pick it up
Send it away in prayer.
