Can you hear my plea?



I need to talk to someone

About a fight in me.



I am trying very hard Lord

To do the things I should,



And yet it seems I’m failing

I’m not doing very good.



I read your word quite often

A day does not go bye,



And yet I seem so lowly

I often sit and cry.



It seems the harder that I try

The faster that I fail,



It seems I have stuff inside

I don’t know how to tell.



I want to learn about you

I want to become strong,



I want to find my place Lord

To feel as I belong.



I’m grateful for my new life

That you died to give,



Please forgive me Father

While learning how to live.



Too  many it is simple

Too  some its plain as day,



I want to become stronger

Help me now I pray.
