Feeling trapped beneath the burden

The burden of not giving up

And always having to push through 

Just once, I long to shut my eyes and let go

Just once, I'd like a chance to even the score

Feeling cracked and torn from within

It seems these scars aren't healing up

And my spirit’s breaking in two

Just once, I wish I could conquer the day

Just once, I'm not gonna hold back when I say 

Fuck this world and fuck it's ways

Feeling scrapped and left here for dead
