My heart keeps pounding, faster now
With your name, as it's sound.
I can't seem to find a way,
To speak the words I need to say.
But each time I feel it so close,
and the touch is what I need the most.
I stutter out the words this time,
And know you are soon to be mine.
With your voice in my head echoing clear
Drowning out all dreadful fear,
I smile at everything you do,
Knowing you're showing me only you...
I can't tell what is to come,
but I'm starting to feel what they call love...
