Angels amongst us they say
always some one there
always watching over our shoulder
always lending a helping hand
angels they say
come in different shapes n sizes
some we see
and some we just know are there
like my angel
my sweetest angel
have never seen him face to face
but have felt his presence
he knows when i am blue
or when i just need someone true
never lets me fall
always on call
day or night
he is there
always watching over me
anything from a soft whisper in my ear
to a firm hand on my shoulder
he is always here
no matter when
good or bad
my angel is always near
