It's 7AM, the alarms ringing in my head

I brush my face, get up out of bed.

I step inside, let the water slide

and soon I'm slipping away.



Go out, drive my car, soon I'm sitting in a parking stall.

Clock myself in, pretend to work

let the day pass by

and soon I'm slipping away.
