as the rain pounds down on this window pane

that tappings driving me insane

you know i'm out of my mind

and nothing makes any sense

when you're bathing in your acquiescence

i think you're driving me insane



so let it storm

let it all fall down on me

until i cannot breathe (i cannot breathe)

until i cannot see (i cannot see)

let it storm

let my soul be reborn

i don't want these sunny days anymore



storm cloud, hanging over me

let your winds blow me off my feet

storm cloud, looking down on me

let your winds carry me away



storm is a girl, in a split second she's gone away.

took her mum, and her son, i heard them leave yesterday.

head out the window, she lets the rain go down her face.

storm is the name of the girl that i met in the rain today.
