Corporate 3 Strikes Law
A corporate 3 strikes law has been introduced in the
California legislature and promoted by Ralph Nader
and other citizen activists.
If a corporation were 3 times guilty of fines from illegal
acts.. or had 3 times caused deaths.. the corporation
would cease to be in California.
In the US, corporations have been given the legal status
of individuals.
When this is in effect, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers,
Lehman Brothers, ABC, GE, AOL Time Warner, BP, Shell Texaco, Exxon Mobil, Georgia Pacific, McDonald's, Walmart,
Burger King, Lockheed, Raytheon, Boeing.. and others
will be out of business if the law is retroactive.
