A Brooklyn jury had handed down a verdict acquitting Lemrick Nelson, a young black man, of the murder of Yankel Rosenbaum, a young Hasidic student. The jury concluded that Nelson had been framed by a racist police force. But the US Attorney General

committed his umpteenth violation of the US Constitution

to retry this case.



Double jeopardy... to put someone twice on trial for the same

alleged crime.. is unconstitutional.



The scofflaws who have headed the AG office under

unelected Republicans... could care less.
